Input device

Select a device with a microphone input (z.B. headset) . For quality reasons, a USB headset or handset is recommended .

Output device

Select a device with loudspeaker output (z.B. headset) . You can hear the person you are talking to via this device

Ringtone

Select a device with speaker output for playing a ringtone .

Volume (mixer)

Original mixer options from the Windows operating system, including text display by the device manufacturer's driver. Can also be set using the Windows volume mixer.

Mute

Original mixer options from the Windows operating system, including text display by the device manufacturer's driver. Can also be set using the Windows volume mixer.

Volume phone

Independent volume for the microphone / playback, recorded only by the phone itself, depending on the basic volume of the Windows Mixer.
z.B. The Windows volume of the device is 50%. on the system side. Now adjust the telephone's own volume to 100%, then the actual volume reproduction is 50%.

MIC boost

The microphone volume pick-up is increased by a factor of 2 using the software. The manufacturer does not provide a MIC Boost for some audio devices. In order to still be able to amplify the microphone input, activate MIC Boost.

Automatic device activation

Detects automatically when a Windows standard audio- device is changed (out of range / distant) and sets the next available device. If the devices are selected manually, this point should be deactivated so that the devices are not switched.

Ringtones

Select the desired ringtone. These ringtones apply to all SIP- accounts. If an individual ringtone is defined in a SIP- account, this has priority.
