Function overview

This page gives you an overview of the functions of the graphical user interface, [ Keypad shortcut ] when the phone is in focus .

 Microphone mute [ Space bar ].

 Speaker disabled .  Activate / deactivate loudspeaker .

 Microphone Volume [ Left / Right Arrow Key ].

 Headphone / Speaker Volume [ Up / Down Arrow Key].

 Settings [F2].

 Help / Tutorials / Operating Instructions [F1].

 Accept call [Enter] [STRG + a].

 Ignore call / end call [End].

Incoming calls are "ignored" once with this function and the caller receives a normal "ring tone".

 Next call anonymously.

By activating this function, all calls are made “anonymously” and the display of your number on the person called is suppressed. This function depends on the VoIP provider and must be supported by them.

 Phonebook / Contacts / History [F4].

 Missed call (flashing) [F4].

 Conference call.

 to  Possible phone lines .

 Ban / Block Caller. Only displayed when there is an incoming call.

Used to permanently block a caller. Calls are automatically handled as "Do not disturb". The status is recorded in a "Blocked numbers" list and can be released again by deleting it.

 Active phone line / Current conversation .

 Inactive / held call .

 Record active call. Is only displayed during the call. During the recording, the symbol. flashes

 Add active call as contact. Only displayed during the call.

 Inquiry or . toggling . Is only displayed during the call .

 Forward call also with active inquiry. Is only displayed during the call.
